Returns and Cancellations
Protein O’ Clock gives you the option to replace or return the products bought on proteinoclock.com within 7 days of the receipt of the order. We will either replace or exchange the product or issue a credit note if the product is out of stock. we do not take a return unless the product is defective as sent from the company. The damages caused during transit will not be considered for an exchange. We take returns only for wrong products or wrong flavour delivered by us.
Cancellation is allowed till the delivery of the product.
SCENARIOS WHEN RETURNS AND EXCHANGE ARE NOT POSSIBLE :
-Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
- For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to another etc., Products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our supplements.
- Products will not be applicable for returns if the return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Products that are returned without original packing, freebies or accessories.
-Improper storage of products.(As instructed on the product label)
-Products will not be applicable for returns for issues like weight/quantities change, product exchange etc.,
-Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
